Trillium for Christopher...or maybe for the deer...This is my space to brag about my family. I love to take pictures to share with everyone.

Oh, Pudger!
Pudge was excited to have me out in the yard with her tonight! She was really naughty and got my flowers, that I bought from Glei's this past weekend and didn't quite get planted, off the top of the freezer in the garage. She then took them and shook them until they were EVERYWHERE!I found those poor little plants (my potato vines) in the garage, in the driveway, in the yard, and just scattered to and fro!!
Anyway, I thought maybe we had neglected the Pudger a bit, so I went outside and spent some time with her. She was very happy. She ran and ran and ran around the yard. She's quite fast! Then she decided to tromp into the swamp and these are the pictures of what she became!! I especially like the one of her shaking. She looks so fierce! I hate to tell her, but she isn't going to get much attention this weekend, either. I have to work at the Purdy and Dave has to work. I haven't asked Erik if he has to be part of the hurdle crew on Saturday. Maybe he will be home to play with her some.
She better learn to leave my flowers alone! Those things aren't cheap!

Apple Blossom Time!

I decided to do a study in apple blossoms tonight. The dog had been really naughty today while we were all away - she gets that way when we have not been home much - and so, I decided to go outside and walk around the yard with her. It didn't take me long to go back in for my camera...the apple tree that had been loaded with pretty pink buds and newly opened flowers the other day had transformed into one giant pale pink pom-pom of a tree!
If you have any apple trees near you, go get acquainted with their delicate pink flowers and soft, sweet fragrance. Then you will agree that we have one of the nicest state flowers in the nation!!
