Some people are complaining because we have not had hot days this summer...not me. I love this cool breezy weather we have been having. I like the cool temps at night, too.
Yesterday was a great day...little boys and big boys playing in the creek, birds, frogs, crayfish, and swimming with Magnus. Oliver tried to catch the minnows in the pail and Magnus did catch them!
Today was a perfect day again. My sister came over to help with the flower beds (before the wedding gets here) and we had some outstanding (if I do say so myself) chicken salad with pecans and grapes - yummy! I think I will make that again! Only 5 points! Then more digging and weeding and planting and a cool - very cool - dip in the pool. Now I will watch some Tiger baseball and get ready to go to bed early so I can be ready to head to my Moodle training at 5:30 tomorrow morning. Ugh!
I love this summer!
AND...Pam and Christopher and the boys will be back in Michigan this weekend!! Yahoo!!!
And now - "Tut, tut, it looks like rain!"
